NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of New Paltz will take place on September 2, 2015 at 7:30 p.m. at New Paltz Village Hall, 25 Plattekill Avenue, New Paltz N.Y.  The Board of Trustee will open the meeting and move to go into Executive Session for the purpose discussing pending matters that may lead to  litigation.  Following the conclusion of the Executive Session,  Board will attend to any other lawful business of the Village.

SECRETARIAL POSITION-PART TIME FOR THE Village of New Paltz Planning/Zoning Boards. Excellent Secretarial skills required, individual must be organized and detail-oriented with administrative, computer and interpersonal skills. Municipal experience preferred.  The position will require flexibility with several evening meetings a month.  The position is for 10-15 scheduled hours per week, salary will be based on experience and will include other duties as assigned.  Please submit a cover letter and resume to the Personnel officer, Village of New Paltz, 25 Plattekill Avenue, New Paltz, NY 12561 by September 10, 2015.

The Village is in the process of fixing an issue that has occurred with the pressure reducing valve at the Water Treatment Plant which has produced discoloration in the water.  Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the time of the Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of New Paltz shall be changed from 7:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on August 26, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at New Paltz Village Hall, 25 Plattekill Avenue, New Paltz N.Y. It is the intention of the Board of Trustee to immediately move to go into Executive Session for the purpose of discussing personnel. The Board will exit Executive Session open the Regular Meeting at or around 7:30 p.m.
