NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Historic Preservation Commission of the Village of New Paltz, Ulster County, State of New York, on the application of Julia Robbins and Nicole Langlois/One EPIC Place for a certificate of appropriateness to install front logo and signage and rear signage at 122 Main Street in the Village of New Paltz, a locally designated historic landmark owned by Vanderlyn Pine/Old Dutch Enterprises, 18 Plattekill Avenue, New Paltz, New York.

The public hearing will take place at Village Hall, 25 Plattekill Avenue, New Paltz, New York, at 7:15 p.m. on Monday, March 21, 2016. The Village of New Paltz will make every effort to ensure that the public hearing is accessible to persons with disabilities. The Affordable Housing Committee Meeting scheduled for today, February 23, 2016 has been rescheduled until 6:00pm on Tuesday, March 1, 2016.

             SPECIAL INFORMATIONAL MEETING

Please be advised that Kenneth Ronk, Jr., Chairman of the Ulster County Legislature, has scheduled a Special Informational Meeting for Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at 6:00 PM in the Legislative Chambers, 6^th Floor, Ulster County Office Building, 244 Fair Street, Kingston, New York.

The purpose of the Special Informational Meeting will be for Deputy County Executive Bob Sudlow to address the Legislature regarding reimbursement to various municipalities for flood mitigation work performed in the wake of Hurricane Irene. Please note the schedule of events for the day includes:
