NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Design Review Board & Historic Preservation Commission of the Village of New Paltz, Ulster County, State of New York, on the application of Jeff and Andrea Noel for a certificate of appropriateness to construct a one-story addition on the south (Henry Court) side of their home at 160 Huguenot Street in the Village of New Paltz. The public hearing will take place at the Commission’s regular meeting on Monday, November 18, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the first-floor meeting room at Village Hall, 25 Plattekill Avenue, and via Zoom.
