PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Trustees of the Village of New Paltz on September 13, 2017 at 7:00 PM at Village Hall, 25 Plattekill Avenue, New Paltz, New York to consider the adoption of a Local Law amending Chapter 129 of the Village of New Paltz Code entitled “Housing Standards” regarding security deposits.
FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY ALSO GIVEN that, any person is entitled to be heard upon the proposed Local Law. Copies of the proposed Local Law are available for review online HERE and in-person at:
