The Planning Board meets at Village Hall at 7 pm the first and third Tuesday of each month. The first Tuesday is designated as a workshop meeting in order to discuss submitted applications prior to the regular meeting the following week. Generally, decisions are not made at workshop meetings except for ZBA recommendations. Applicants are encouraged to attend so that they may help the Planning Board understand their proposal. The deadline for submission of applications is 1 pm usually on the third Wednesday of the month for the following month's workshop meeting.
